To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前喺中環 IFC GlassHouse 享用晚餐,每次都大滿足,環境食物都一流,最近知道太古城有一間 GlassHouse , 即管唻試一試。去到門口,簡直唔敢相信呢間都係 Glass house? 裝修同意x屋差唔多,侍應都係穿著 T 恤牛仔褲,同中環嘅檔次相差太遠啦,唯有希望食物水準高啦。軟殼蟹凱撒沙律,軟殼蟹偏鹹,炸旦合格。芝士焗馬沙文咖喱蟹配法式麵包,味道可以,但咖喱完全蓋過蟹肉味道。乾炒雞肉意粉,薄薄硬炒旦一片只可作裝飾,好難食,雞件切得太大件,外觀欠佳,味道沒特別酥炸富貴鴨,皮硬唔脆,肉質都算嫩,配上辣汁就好味,黑松露飯味道偏淡。椰青雪糕,保持到中環嘅水準。Fondue set, 一個字「甜」,雞旦仔唔香唔脆。
