To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 東南亞美食一向都係香港人嘅心水至愛,但印尼食物就未必個個香港人都試過。銅鑼灣糖街成條街都係印尼美食,今日揾左呢間比較具人氣嘅店舖,個名都已經話比你知係食d咩,就係主打班蘭嘅印尼美食。老闆好親切,介紹左好多值得一食嘅印尼菜。我聽佢推介,點左原條魚花膠湯粉皮。呢味菜真係女仔至愛,花膠足足有2大舊,可以好好補充骨膠原。味道方面,高湯煮得好香,同粉皮真係好配合。朋友就點左燒雞班蘭飯。燒雞好特別,除左火喉好之外,佢用左印尼秘製甜豉油,保證其他地方食唔到。班蘭飯都名不虛傳,令我諗起以前食班蘭蛋糕陣味。
