To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大快活最近出左一款新嘅系列叫做”班蘭風味”,班蘭令我聯想到東南亞或新加坡班蘭蛋糕,以綠色為主而又好重香料味,所以我覺得好特別,而且我鍾意東南亞風味,所以決定叫咗一個”瑪莎拉雞髀班蘭椰漿飯(微辣)”,先講咗雞髀,有啲過咗火後,雞肉唔係好嫩滑而且有啲實同埋好乾,過咗火後到差唔多望到都覺得雞髀縮咗水,而且塊雞皮都冇乜香味,之後講返個飯,綠色的確好特別,而且放咗啲辣醬,食落係有少少辣都幾冶味,但係個飯除咗綠色之外,我食唔到班蘭味或者椰漿味,基本上個飯同普通白飯一樣。
