而家飲茶並不限于早上,亦不限于上酒樓,坊間都開咗不少點心店,早午晚三餐都可一盅兩件,今日我就約咗朋友去銅鑼灣籠太子點心專門店,飲茶兼食廣東點心。點心即叫即蒸,新鮮熱辣。蝦餃皇,蝦餃皮程半透明,口感煙韌,鮮蝦餡料好爽口。鮮蝦燒賣皇,蝦餃和燒賣可以揀兩粒或四粒,人少想食多幾款點心就楝兩粒,燒賣皮薄餡多,肉餡飽滿,口感彈牙。蝦腸,腸粉滑嫩,鮮蝦爽口,加上甜豉油美味可口。叉燒包採用肥瘦適中的叉燒作餡,包皮蒸熟後軟滑剛好,稍為裂開露出叉燒餡料,滲發出陣陣叉燒的香味。鬆軟香甜。雪山叉燒包,餡料跟傳統叉燒包一樣,面層多咗一層酥皮,口感酥鬆。古法糯米雞,糯米蒸到綿爛的口感,吃表層時充滿荷葉的香氣,內餡則是肉和醬汁的提味。
