現在約朋友食飯只能午餐或下午茶,疫情突然嚴重,需要跟朋友聚的話,揀選空氣流通好的餐廳相對來說比較放心。Banchan在太古城中心大堂,空氣相對來說比較流通,除口罩進食也較為安心。烤牛肉蛋包飯,賣相精緻,喜歡吃滑蛋的我超級喜歡這種半熟流心蛋漿。飯底用了牛肉醬汁,烤牛肉份量超多又惹味。慢煮羊膝配薯條,完全喜出望外,羊膝慢煮後,肉質又嫩又滑,完全不臊,超正。伴碟也很有心思,煎烤大蒜🧄超驚喜,完全顛覆我對大蒜的印象,軟腍帶甜,一定要試。韓式炸雞(無骨半份)經典韓式炸雞,外皮脆香,雞肉嫩滑,檸香酸甜醬汁更添風味。韓式雜莓牛角包窩夫🧇窩夫外型似牛角包,外面香脆,口味是我最愛的玉桂蕉香味,配雜莓忌廉,完美🥰濟州綠茶鮮奶,微甜,奶滑茶香。溶化朱古力,冰凍微甜,很濃郁的朱古力味。
