The Butterfly Room於2019年初登陸本港,旋即成為港人的下午茶朝聖地。現逢每月1日就可在網上訂座,妹妹早於5月1日就在網上預訂了The Butterfly Room下午茶,來到7月底,終於可以朝聖「最難預約的下午茶」 - 位於香港瑰麗酒店的The Butterfly Room下午茶。The Butterfly Room的裝潢簡約典雅,座位寬敞舒適,可讓人度過悠閒輕鬆的一個下午。下午茶分為五個部份,包括Tea Sandwiches, Freshly Baked Delicacies, Pastry Trolley, Confectionery Trolley and Tea Selection. 職員先送上三文治 (Tea Sandwiches),有四款,分別是蟹肉牛油果 (Crab meat avocado)﹑火腿軟芝士 (Ham and Brie cheese)﹑煙熏三文魚配魚子醬 (Smoke salmon with Caviar) 及松露蛋 (Truffle egg)。按職員建議的次序,由蟹肉牛油果三文治開始吃,最後是松露蛋三文治,味道由淡至濃的吃!三文治裝飾得精緻,幾款餡料都好吃,各有風味,麵包又夠軟熟~~~

隨後送上Elegant Surprise,即以是日矜貴食材炮製的鹹點,是日為松露蘑菇忌廉湯!湯的份量只有一小杯,不會令人太飽肚。湯的味道香濃綿滑,微暖的溫度讓食客容易入口,不用花時間待湯放涼。

Freshly Baked Delicacies即鬆餅 (scone),有原味及提子味,配clotted cream﹑士多啤梨果醬及香橙果醬。鬆餅質感厚鬆脆,實富牛油香。香橙果醬充滿柑橘香,味道清新!!鬆餅也可refill,但我和妹妹的胃就沒有足夠收納空間了!!

大溪地雲呢拿千層酥 ,焦糖酥皮挺身酥脆,雲呢拿忌廉入口順滑,不會過甜。

瑪德蓮貝殼蛋糕,質感濕潤軟綿,帶點檸檬香。

斑蘭椰子撻的斑蘭味香,撻底同樣夠酥脆。

焗海鹽焦糖芝士蛋糕,焦糖味濃,吃得多有點漏!

荔枝慕絲蛋糕,是我和妹唯一有encore的甜品!!荔枝味香又清新,不會死甜,慕絲蛋糕的質感又夠軟嫩細滑,很好吃

輪到Confectionery Trolley,載著的全是以朱古力製作的甜品,包括傳統黑森林蛋糕 (Black Forest Cake)﹑脆心杏仁黑朱古力bar﹑香蕉朱古力撻 (Banana Chocolate Tart)﹑71.5%朱古力脆皮蛋糕及白朱古力士多啤梨奶凍 (White Chocolate Strawberry Panna Cotta)。傳統黑森林蛋糕及71.5%朱古力是The Butterfly Room的signature吧!!

71.5%朱古力脆皮蛋糕所用上的Holger Deh Or Noir 71.5%朱古力是甜品總廚 Holger Deh的獨有朱古力,有介紹說這款朱古力帶堅果和莓果的味道。不過可能我喝的飲品也是朱古力,滿腔的甜味致令不能嚐到這款71.5%朱古力的真實味道!!
 
這幾款朱古力甜品中,令我最有記憶點的是傳統黑森林蛋糕!朱古力海綿蛋糕被櫻桃白蘭地浸泡過,加上櫻桃甜酒忌廉﹑糖漬櫻桃﹑及朱古力碎,味道富層次!帶朱古力香得來又不會太甜太膩,蛋糕入口鬆軟好吃!!


不論鹹點或甜點,都有其突出之處,服務亦慇勤有禮,難怪會成為「最難預約的下午茶」!!價錢雖然要$798/兩位,再另收加一,但服務及食物水準,加上飽肚程度,是值得的~~~
