近排流行Omakase,即係廚師發板嘅意思,喺日文裏面嘅意思即係「交給你了」,當你講得出呢句說話要對個廚師有十足的把握同埋信任。今次嘗試尖沙咀亞士厘道「鰭真」,完全可以講得出"omakase"!餐廳環境擁抱維港,可以喺BAR枱一路同廚師傾偈,了解我哋今日食嘅嘢,一路欣賞香港嘅景色,真係一絕。而且餐廳嘅位置唔多,不論侍應或廚師都全情投入於同客人之間嘅互動,喺不知不覺間就食咗兩個幾鐘。食物梗係一流,食嘅嘢全部都係珍貴嘅食材,有黑鮑、野生拖羅、平政魚、魚翅、喜之次等,但係最珍貴嘅並唔係食材本身嘅價值,而係可以睇得出廚師對每一件食物都用心製作,就住食物本身嘅特質、口感、油份作深入嘅研究,然後選擇最好嘅料理方法,再加上不時不食嘅大前提下,所有食物都時令當造,充分展出不同食物嘅完美狀態,每一件食物擺落口都令人充滿難忘嘅回憶。
