To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間位於將軍澳海濱嘅中東餐廳超級有氛圍,服務親切,裝修又富有異國風情,唔講真係會以為置身於摩洛哥,嘢食不止有燒烤,還有特色塔吉鍋,一定要點!雞肉塔吉鍋 ($185)用鹽漬檸檬、朝鮮薊和青橄欖慢煮雞肉,打開鍋蓋的時候已經香氣撲鼻,試一口湯汁,充滿檸檬清香又酸酸鹹鹹,超級開胃,雞件一啲都唔韌,果然慢煮過係嫩啲鷹嘴豆塔吉鍋 ($158)因為試咗個雞肉塔吉鍋實在太正,決定試多個塔吉鍋,同雞肉嘅唔同,鷹嘴豆塔吉鍋以蕃茄紅汁為主,以為會有一粒粒鷹嘴豆,但原來係用鷹嘴豆和其他穀物造成的鷹嘴豆餅,食落口感就係一件穀物,好coarse,味道有啲似食緊芝麻丸肉和素食小吃拼盤 ($215)想一次過想唔同嘢就一定要點呢個有肉和泥的小食拼盤,肉類有羊肉丸、北非香腸、串燒雞肉,素食有茄子泥、鷹嘴豆泥、蕃茄羊乳酪、青橄欖,小食拼盤還配了皮塔餅雜堅果飯 Roz bel Khalta ($50) 第一次食呢種飯,充滿香料味又甜甜地,當中混合唔同嘅堅果,味道特別,難以抗拒

雞肉塔吉鍋 ($185)
