To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第二次來南海一號,貴是意料中事,哥是來吃環境和氣氛的。😎至於食物味道算是中上,不過不失,偶有一兩道菜比較好的。第一道菜是冰鎮鮑魚,煮法比較清淡,適合不喜歡濃味道的食客。口感方面,受到鮑魚被切條影響,咬感不及原隻鮑魚放入口。辣酒煮花螺,酒味不重,有辣味但不會太辣,是走大眾路線吧,應該大部分人都可接受到,味道不錯。主角片皮鴨鵝肝牛柳粒 - 份量偏小,味道還可以軟殼蟹 - 餐牌上寫一份兩隻,這裡是兩份的量甜品 - 生磨杏仁茶,杏仁味不太夠以下兩個甜品忘了名字,味道都是比較普通。
