To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當晚我選擇了6-8人優惠套餐,我們5大2小,食物份量足夠,可能是套餐關係,餸菜擺盤欠奉,色香味的話,色的部分失分,但食物味道整體算是中上,而且餐廳環境寬敞,景觀一流,沒有影響用餐心情。蒸鮮鮑魚,鮑魚肥美夠大隻,但肉質有點太韌,如果切成更細粒,口感更佳。片皮鴨,鴨皮夠脆夠香口,鴨肉方面就略嫌有點乾身,沒有鴨臊味,味道算中上。燒方利魚,味道可以,皮乾身但魚肉仍然鮮嫩。最驚喜是湯飯,湯底味道夠濃,飯粒裡加了鍋巴口感香脆,但忘記了拍照。
