啓德AIRSIDE 商場好適合假日去放空逛街的好地方,新派料理AIRSIDE Café 在商場的3 樓中庭位置,日光線透過玻璃頂,透入自然光,用餐更添惬意。前菜: 魷魚:彈牙的口感,清香的葫蘆浦瓜,夾雜著海帶,酸酸的紀州梅肉,吃起來很開胃的前菜。淺漬帶子(另加港幣$48)帶子與香橙柚子醬好夾。主菜:櫻花蝦寛麵 ,賣相紅卜卜,每條寬麵麵掛滿龍蝦汁,好幸福喔。有馬山椒作點綴。黑毛和牛 黑松露薯蓉(另外$50)和牛滿佈雪花,肥瘦均勻,入口即化,黑松露薯蓉好香。甜品:士多啤梨・乳酪雪糕・桂花蛋白餅甜品必食,食完令人回味。兩杯特飲,味道打卡都唔錯人均二百多,合理,好飽肚。
