To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上個禮拜六要去石門附近覆診攞藥，喺石門附近行左轉，近住京瑞廣場附近，尤其係禮拜日變得人山人海，除咗地下附近多了很多小食店之外，商場裏面亦有多間餐廳及酒樓，空曠地帶更有大人帶著小朋友喺度玩，估唔到以前呢一帶係傳統嘅工業區，而家變得咁熱鬧，簡直係多姿多彩，今日我同朋友行到攰就去呢間煌焥嘆茶。侍應帶我哋入去偏廳，呢個偏廳對出望住一大個草地，仲有落地玻璃，光線充足，喺度飲茶特別舒服，我們都係隨便叫了一些點心。估唔到呢度啲豉汁排骨咁好食，我們之後再點多一籠，肉質很新鮮，淨係睇見都好吸引，辣椒絲同豆豉肯定係即叫即蒸。叉燒腸，皮比較厚了，有些失望。反而香煎腐皮卷，腐皮夠薄。整體而言，這間酒樓我會再來的！
