To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於啟德商場裡面的新加坡菜餐廳，主打海南雞飯、喇沙等特色地道菜式。地方寬敞，空間感很大，環境優雅寧靜，佈置了很多植物。以手機掃二維碼下單，十分方便。小食：馬來特色香煎辣魚餅魚餅薄薄一大片，入口有一股茶香，味道微微帶辣，配搭麵包蘸醬一起吃，層次豐富。如果麵包烘成多士，口感更佳。招牌菜：招牌雞肉喇沙上枱時一陣陣椰香味撲鼻，湯底顏色顯出其濃稠度，味道濃郁，帶蝦及椰奶香。米線麵條特別掛湯，所以要趁熱吃，麵條慢慢把湯汁吸收。雞肉就採用了海南雞，浸泡在湯裡。另外配料還有豆卜、魚片、芽菜及雞蛋，份量大碗。飲品：四季柑汁大大杯的果汁飲品，味道是青檸汁混合金桔檸檬，酸酸甜甜，很清新，解渴。
