To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入門口左手邊再走進去, 可以看到有一個好像書店的area, 坐下來, 望吓張枱布, 都幾靚, 筷子 碟 茶杯 都幾別緻, 這裡的環境算是講究的.千張素卷 - 有營食品, 少油少鹽, 蔥油海蜇頭 - 吃落硬了點干燒明蝦 - 甜酸味 跟之前兩個餸比較 有番啲味道 唔錯鮑魚 - 配上汁 加2條露筍 賣相好好 好吃又大隻, 吃完開始有點飽還有蔬菜 蒿苣筍絲 - 清淡 平時很少吃到的蔬菜 OK, 雞煨麵 - 湯底夠甜 令到啲麵好味起來 不過麵冧左啲.甜品叫了一個楊枝甘露 上面加了一球雪糕 這個唸頭蠻不錯的 天氣熱 吃完飯 吃點清涼的甜湯 感覺涼浸浸.見到侍應整晚在 片 北京填鴨 片 完一隻又一隻, 聞到好香哦, 下次有機會再來 也想嚐嚐這裡的北京填鴨. 每人$400 (信用卡五折)

鮑魚 - 配上汁 加2條露筍 賣相好好 好吃又大隻, 吃完開始有點飽
還有蔬菜 蒿苣筍絲 - 清淡 平時很少吃到的蔬菜 OK, 雞煨麵 - 湯底夠甜 令到啲麵好味起來 不過麵冧左啲.
甜品叫了一個楊枝甘露 上面加了一球雪糕 這個唸頭蠻不錯的 天氣熱 吃完飯 吃點清涼的甜湯 感覺涼浸浸.
