二訪 maison meiji 試最新居酒屋我諗呢間大家都唔會陌生,之前去過試佢地fine dine,質素好好,所以聽到佢地話隔離終於都開我地又去再試試了~ 一如以往裝飾古典,居酒屋係長bar 枱設計所以大家可以望到師傅整野食~ 至於野食方面,暫得得一個單點 menu,所以款式上未算有太多野揀~📍燒白鱔白鱔肥美肉厚無碎骨,而且燒到外皮香脆~ 📍手做免治雞肉棒燒每次去居酒屋既必點 item,雞肉棒雞肉同雞軟骨比例剛好,雞肉入口仍然保持肉汁,啖啖肉之餘仲有口感,食嘅時候蘸埋蛋漿入口就更滑溜~ 📍松葉蟹甲羅燒甲羅燒啖啖蟹肉加埋蟹膏鹹甜適中、鮮味濃郁,食既時候連埋鱈魚乾配搭黎食就剛剛好📍和牛三文治:厚切吉列和牛口感好軟滑~再加埋秘製醬汁,好好味!📍鹿兒島豬肉卷燒飯團賣賣比想像中高級~飯團用咗鹿兒島黑毛豬肉卷住飯團再烤過,豬肉香脆而唔油膩,飯團軟硬適中剛剛好~
