To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到尼間環境幾靚 所以就揀左尼間慶祝生日一早已經預留菜 不過去到可惜冇得坐窗邊位咁我地兩個人總共食左十道餸 但竟然食完未算超級飽上菜次序有d 奇怪 最後食既道菜係蝦餃小籠包飲完碗天麻燉魚皇湯 再食個翅 完全係覺得冇味而家翅放太多韭黃 芽菜 完全食唔到翅既味淨食到芽菜既味 所以尼道菜不推薦當中我最鍾意就係花螺個湯 佢用左煮雞酒既湯尼煮花螺 上湯龍蝦烏冬都好推薦食龍蝦新鮮 啖啖肉而家好多汁個陣服務員推薦我地食 冇推薦錯同埋冰鎮鮑魚都一定要食 個汁好好味服務態度都不錯 都會常幫我們換碟不過係埋單時間用太多時間 改張單改左兩次如果平時唔算太大食 而且又想食高級中菜趁而家有折可以試一試 如果正價食我可能覺得未必值得個價錢 因為味道未至於話十分突出 不過夜晚環境好靚

而家翅放太多韭黃 芽菜 完全食唔到翅既味


淨食到芽菜既味 所以尼道菜不推薦


當中我最鍾意就係花螺個湯 佢用左煮雞酒既湯尼煮花螺


上湯龍蝦烏冬都好推薦食
龍蝦新鮮 啖啖肉
而家好多汁

個陣服務員推薦我地食 冇推薦錯

同埋冰鎮鮑魚都一定要食 個汁好好味

服務態度都不錯 都會常幫我們換碟

不過係埋單時間用太多時間 改張單改左兩次

如果平時唔算太大食 而且又想食高級中菜

趁而家有折可以試一試 如果正價食我可能覺得未必值得個價錢

因為味道未至於話十分突出 不過夜晚環境好靚
