是日happy Friday 想同朋友搵個地方坐得舒服啲咁傾下計,朋友就suggest黎The Chop House. 原本以為要等下位,點知一上到去就有位,都幾開心,而且入面環境寬倘舒適,唔會好嘈,幾啱兩三人嘅gathering。今次三個女仔點了4道菜,先黎caesar salad with chicken,味道中規中矩,蔬菜幾新鮮,雞肉唔“鞋”,值得讚。小食點了炸魷魚圈同埋炸甜番薯,炸魷魚圈味道唔錯,但可以更香脆,如果炸至金黃會更好,不過佢配上嘅sauce好好味。至於炸甜番薯,炸得好香脆,口感好好,番薯本身散出微微甜味,唔點茄醬都已經好好味。主食了西冷扒同埋carbonara, 西冷扒叫了6成熟,鐘意佢有鎖住牛肉肉汁,表面冇燶味,食落口感雖然未到好嫩滑,但唔算煙韌。carbonara好值得推介,sauce 有香濃芝士蛋黃忌廉醬味, 因為煙肉煎至香脆,同時令整個carbonara食落都有煙肉嘅煙燻味,味道整體有層次。今次我地冇叫到野飲,不過佢酒精飲品 16:00 - 19:00; 10:00-12:00都有係happy hr價錢,鍾意飲野嘅人應該幾啱去。
