To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 多年無來深水埗本店,今次來吃午飯,發現徹底裝修過,變得光猛、漂亮、好坐咗好多。酥皮焗叉燒包- 仲保持到水準,好味又唔係貴,份量又足,必吃之選。蝦餃- 都算好食,不是水晶皮,也不算薄,但口感都不錯,味道都好好。鮑汁鳳爪- 添好運的高價小食,味道及口感不錯。黃沙豬潤腸- 添好運的腸粉皮一向都不錯,今次腸粉皮都出色,但豬潤腸就變得很少豬潤,又不沙,失望。鳳爪排骨蒸飯- 不是一粒粒飯的蒸飯,不可算是合格。水準是有低下了,但相對其他要收加一的酒樓,添好運的性價比(CP)還是很高。
