To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係一間正嘅上海菜,北京填鴨同埋小籠包係最出名,當時係衝着佢哋嘅京蔥扒鴨🦆,因為都係聽朋友講食口感唔錯,味道酸酸甜甜,而且好嫩口,呢個size都好二至三人份。粗炒亦都係我試過最正嘅,因為可能都係偏向濃味,所以小編幾鍾意。反而雲吞雞🐤湯之前食開南昌嘅和平飯店係超級喜歡,因為甜甜地平時唔鍾意飲湯嘅小編都鍾意飲,但係呢間稍微味精有點重,而且冇乜鮮味,所以都有啲失望😔雞絲粉皮係最驚喜,所以都有佢貴嘅道理,雖然係普通小食,但係佢哋嘅粉皮口感彈牙,好少何會識到呢種質感,煙煙韌韌,而且粉皮拉得好粗,好有口感🤩甜品係豆沙窩餅係必點,做飯後甜品係完美,甜度適中,外皮脆口,豆沙冇理由冇人唔鍾意食啊
