To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尖沙咀 好多好野食，今日約左朋友黎依間樓上cafe，環境唔錯之餘野食都好有水準。 前菜叫左個沙律，火炙半熟三文魚伴紫蘇葉莎莎，三文魚火炙完特別香，而沙律係柚子醋味酸香開胃。 主菜叫左牛肝菌露筍意大利飯同埋美國頂級西冷扒。意大利飯好creamy，食到大量既牛肝菌，好香。而西冷扒揀左五成熟，切開係好靚既粉紅色，仲保留有大量肉汁。 甜品叫左士多啤梨朱古力窩夫配雪糕，窩夫即叫即整，外皮好脆而內里軟棉，食落唔太甜。 飲品就試左佢地既紅柚四季春同埋玫瑰花茶，感覺花茶更勝一籌，香味十足。
