年近歲晚約朋友出來團年,中菜就最合適不過。銅鑼灣希慎廣場多選擇,地點又方便。最後決定了一間中菜館,主打粵菜,滬菜…最特別有烤魚。水晶海南雞呢個雞值得推介,真係好好味。雞皮薄透,中間有層水晶油份,入口是爽脆。肉質鮮嫩,那鹹香十足味道另人回味。招牌酸菜青江魚原條青江魚,滾下滾下,再放入配料萵筍,蟹柳和鮮豆腐。魚肉不會因持續煲煮而變得嚡口,保持嫩滑。湯底酸酸辣辣非常惹味開胃。豬油渣炒菜心時令菜心,採用了豬油渣來炒,更香。海南柑桔蜜柚茶柑桔散發出清香,跟柚子蜜好夾。
