To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境差，食物份量亦少

加價後都已經不再光顧delifrance，但一班朋友提議到此處食飯始終不能拒絕。七點左右已經剩番好少人，一坐低已經嗅到一陣異味。後來朋友提議調桌，點知都仲係有陣汗味，令到全程都好唔舒服。講番食物，揀左$39三文魚碎蛋包餐。侍應表示已經無白湯，只有紅湯和薯仔沙律，無奈下唯有揀沙律，幸而味道不太差。唔知係咪太夜既關係，食材已經非常唔新鮮，百吉包又淋又un，生菜亦只有幾塊黃黃的。整包的侍應亦非常”節儉”，付出$39只換來兩塊小小的蕃茄，一湯匙左右的碎蛋和少得可憐的煙三文魚。結果我忍不住開口叫佢加多少少碎蛋。大約八點，食到咁上下，居然已經收鋪。侍應似乎對於我地呢班尚在進食的人並不太在乎…今次既經驗令我對delifrance更加死心。
