To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友話想去這間食lunch，第一次去，如果唔太熟金鐘可能比較難搵到，餐廳在酒店室外泳池旁，裝修得幾有渡假feel，餐廳係沒有set lunch 只有散叫，叫了比較多人叫的crab and lobster cake 同埋 oasis grainy grouper fish & chips 甜品係Red Velvet ，蟹餅好多蟹肉，而且唔會好乾，魚柳外脆內軟，啖啖魚肉，甜品賣相幾靚，唔會過甜，服務也ok，雖然價錢唔平，但值得一試.
