To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於中環的porterhouse主打優質扒類及海鮮 樓底好高加上落地玻璃 成個環境好優美 好啱幫人慶祝生日🎂今次四個人同行 四個都食咗扒類冇食海鮮 下次再試🤣個set好抵食 薯條炸到好香口 一啲都唔油膩 好大兜任食 之前去過一啲 Fine Dining要成千蚊個但啲扒好韌又無肉汁 呢間$300嘅質素已經覺得好唔錯 澳洲和牛鮮嫩多汁 口感滑嫩牛味香濃🐮另外仲加咗芝士通心粉波 都只係$8一粒 非常抵🤣前菜仲有wagyu beef carpaccio 薄切生和牛片配黑松露醬 榛子 火箭菜 味道有層次👍🏽

今次四個人同行 四個都食咗扒類冇食海鮮 下次再試🤣個set好抵食 薯條炸到好香口 一啲都唔油膩 好大兜任食

之前去過一啲 Fine Dining要成千蚊個但啲扒好韌又無肉汁 呢間$300嘅質素已經覺得好唔錯 澳洲和牛鮮嫩多汁 口感滑嫩牛味香濃🐮

另外仲加咗芝士通心粉波 都只係$8一粒 非常抵🤣前菜仲有wagyu beef carpaccio 薄切生和牛片配黑松露醬 榛子 火箭菜 味道有層次👍🏽
