朋友向我高度推薦喺藝術館入面嘅Fine Dining 餐廳,特別係依個{Sea view celebration menu}🙆🏼‍♀️等我今日都去試吓究竟有咩咁厲害先💃🏻💁🏼‍♀️Courgette | roasted with feta crumble, olive fondue, vadouvan & dukkha (v)意大利青瓜一般都比較清淡,所以餐廳用上feta芝士同咖哩嚟吊起青瓜嘅味道,味道有層次又有新意🤟🏼💁🏼‍♀️Trout | cured in citrus salt, horseradish crème fraiche, pickled cucumber鱒魚用橘鹽醃,增加咗一份鹹鹹酸酸嘅鮮味🌊另外面頭有少少似wasabi嘅醬,所以成份前菜鹹酸辣味俱全,味蕾充分打開👅💁🏼‍♀️Wagyu Sirloin | braised savoy cabbage, smoked potatoes , black garlic jus & truffle西冷牛扒就咁睇已經好想食,你睇佢嘅肉係紅寶石色,就知一定好軟淋🫶🏻💁🏼‍♀️Triple Chocolate Cake | puff pas
