Restaurant: Glasshouse (形點 I)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. YOHO開左咁耐,一直都未食哂所有餐廳,機緣巧合下就決定同朋友試下Glasshouse,我地去既時候係3點,侍應就話last order 架啦要快D叫野食,無問題咁就坐底拿拿聲睇MENU啦咁有Bruch set比我地選擇因為時間既關係我同我朋友就選擇左白汁芝士磨菇意粉同埋和牛芝士煙肉漢堡另外我就叫左杯COCKTAIL 原本我叫既係Earl Grey Sour,叫完點知佢話無,咁我就轉mojito,第一樣野黎既就係杯mojito,杯mojito太酸,D簿荷葉枯左,走哂樣出唔到味,cocktail既精髓係講求酸甜平衡,佢做唔到,係幾失望下既。不過志不在此,去餐廳都係為野食芝士和牛煙肉漢堡我選擇左5成熟,所以好juicy ,個包好軟熟,亦都好暖著條新鮮炸出黎,另外本身有味,就咁食都好好食白汁芝士磨菇意粉意粉唔會太膩,好多時有芝士都會比較滯,份量亦岩岩好食完唔會太多又唔會太少整體野食唔錯係野飲麻麻餐廳環境非常好 好有格調 下次會試晚餐
