To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間係工廠大廈嘅樓上cafe，位置有少少偏僻，喺荃灣西站過嚟會近啲。裡面比較大，環境氣氛舒服，裝修都幾靚，好有屋企嘅感覺，靠窗嘅bar位可以直接望到出面嘅荃灣海濱風景，日夜都幾正。另外佢有board game玩，以玩board game 為主嘅cafe嚟講，食物水準係幾OK，嗌一個set dinner已經超飽。📍蜜糖芥末素牛肉漢堡 $138呢個係menu裡面唯一嘅素食，亦都有推薦，佢再配埋香草薯條同田園沙律，所以就試吓。漢堡嘅酸瓜、蕃茄、芥末醬、素牛肉等等都好足料，素牛肉比較冧，質感一定同真牛肉有差別，但味道方面做得幾似，薯條可以再脆啲，有少少冧，又唔算太油。前菜一樣有羅宋湯、蒜蓉包同包嘅嘢飲，個湯同蒜蓉包個味淡咗少少。而是日精選甜品—日式芝士蛋糕真係唔錯，有芝士香得嚟唔會好漏。
