疫情下omakase興起一陣熱潮,未試過廚師發辦,心癢癢試左一次,有師傅係你面前逐樣野整出黎俾你食,氣氛果然唔同晒。再次試omakase係因為朋友介紹,第一次聽到【重房】時,心諗個名咁特別,係咪都有啲料到呢?呢日試左lunch menu,$598有12道菜,對比我有留意過嘅omakase黎講,唔貴。先黎上左4道前菜,最有印像係岩手縣大船渡生蠔🦪,上面配埋啲酸酸地嘅青瓜同啫喱,唔會好膩,我鍾意。最開頭有一個酸汁蘿蔔蓉一味粉白子,只能說唔岩我口味,口感太heavy,(P.S. 唔係因為我本身知佢係咩所以唔鍾意食)磯燒鮑魚個味唔似燒,甜甜地咁,唔錯!
天婦羅炸得好食,唔使點任何汁,炸粉好薄身!上完前菜後就到壽司啦,我本身就鍾意食啲油脂重啲嘅刺身,但師傅準備嘅幾款本身都唔係油脂多嘅魚,有赤貝、秋刀魚、甜蝦、拖羅、北海道海膽同鰤魚,我覺得整體魚嘅味道未去到去深刻,但佢地自家調配嘅醬係好夾,係有令件事昇華左嘅。

【總評】
總結,食物不過不失,一定唔係差,又未至於驚豔。但呢個價錢,可以俾你慢慢食,唔使怕俾人催交檯,師傅每道菜都同你講下係邊度嘅食材,同用左咩醬汁,又同你傾下計,睇得出真心想個客食得開心又有得著,唔係懶高檔!雖然我唔係食開omakase,但我會以性價比高去形容,即係想有個地方同朋友慢慢食下野,又坐得耐少少,又對得住自己個胃同銀包👛,我都會諗起呢個地方嘅!
