呢間之前試過都覺得唔錯,個人除咗睇野食水準之外,地點好方便服務好都係考慮因素之一👍🏼重點係自家製嘅嘢會好味啲,所以今次過年同幾個朋友相聚,我就提議再嚟呢度試吓。反正新年完個個食啲肥膩嘢太多,打吓邊爐飲吓靚湯底都好好呀😆😆😆因為今次四個人我哋叫咗好多款嘢食試吓,重點想主攻佢嘅自家製餃子丸類:🥢新鮮三椰雞煲湯底:三椰指椰青、椰皇、椰子雞湯, 首先將啲雞炒香,再倒一些白酒點火,製造火焰效果,然後再將原個椰青、椰皇倒入鍋中 ,再加入椰子雞湯煮滾 ,呢啖湯好甜好鮮,好濃郁椰香雞味。🥢自家製紫菜響鈴:即叫即炸,黃金的響鈴外脆內酥,紫菜和腐皮互相融合。🥢香煎鵝肝墨魚丸:有鵝肝粒係裏面, 墨魚味亦突出,好特別。🥢手打鹹蛋黃蝦丸:首先蝦丸本身係好煙靭,入邊再有流沙嘅鹹蛋黃真係好香。🥢自家製黑松露蟹肉餃:黑松露餃包到脹卜卜,味道豐富 ‍,香濃黑松露味同鮮甜嘅蟹肉味,好好味。🥢招牌韭菜餃:好香嘅韭菜味,入邊好多汁👍🏼🥢鮮蝦雲吞:鮮蝦好新鮮,皮薄餡靚。🥢鳳城水餃:蝦肉大牙,水餃餡料豐富👍🏼

🥢新鮮三椰雞煲湯底:
三椰指椰青、椰皇、椰子雞湯, 首先將啲雞炒香,再倒一些白酒點火,製造火焰效果,然後再將原個椰青、椰皇倒入鍋中 ,再加入椰子雞湯煮滾 ,呢啖湯好甜好鮮,好濃郁椰香雞味。
