To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣有啲凍最啱打邊爐或者食煲仔飯😆呢次就約咗幾個frd去佐敦食呢間比較「骨子」嘅煲仔飯門面係咁嘅，就咁睇仲以為係酒樓入面係咁樣😂 好似cafe咁，仲好好坐辣辣地嘅乾煸四季豆雞髀菇，好惹味呀炒蛋又香又滑本身已經好出色，辣味唔係好明顯，適合初次食辣嘅人試川味臘腸比港式少脂肪，肉質無平時食開嘅臘腸咁鬆，反而多咗啲咬口，味道有啲似西班牙風乾臘腸，好食😍到當晚主角-煲仔飯呢個係特色臘味煲仔飯，有臘肉、臘腸同臘鴨，臘味味道唔會過鹹，食感亦唔會好膩，臘鴨無腥羶味，唔錯店員仲會幫食客用大匙羹刮起飯焦，可以一啖食到富有嚼勁嘅白飯同帶甘香嘅飯焦👏🏻另一煲香菇滑雞煲仔飯😍 都係咁好食，連埋薑絲一齊食真係暖在心頭酸辣湯底夠酸又夠辣，個辣味開頂係香辣，之後會慢慢變成好麻嘅辣好有層次手工空心粉有啲煙軔，幾香麵粉味，值得試吓
