To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日一大清早同屋企人去咗新開嘅八月花飲茶,酒樓裝修夠晒光猛舒適,住東涌嘅人都知道呢個鋪位前身都係酒樓,以前多遊客嘅時候起碼最少15分鐘先入到去,今日唔洗等🥳點心款式都算多嘅,不過價錢就貴左少少,都係旅遊區收費,因為張紙太長,都係介紹返今日叫咗既菜式。平時食慣菠蘿叉燒包,今次特別啲,外面係菠蘿入邊都係菠蘿,菠蘿包面層上枱仲係脆卜卜熱辣辣,而麵包就好軟熟。雖然幾有噱頭,不過我就嫌佢個餡多咗啲,稍為甜過頭,而且入邊類似果醬嘅菠蘿盒口感同麵包唔夾,就好似食緊揸左勁多果醬嘅麵包一樣。too much 🙄都係整返菠蘿叉燒包鹹鹹甜甜咁仲好啦。炸雲吞好味,啱啱乍起脆卜卜,蝦肉鮮甜嫩滑,配埋個甜酸醬開胃!不過炸野係會油,怕肥唔好食喇🥴去飲茶我必點嘅鳳爪排骨飯,份量同其他茶樓咁上下,不過呢度嘅飯就比較乾身,飯粒分明,排骨半肥瘦更滑溜,整體都ok 但未致於好好食。豉汁蒸鳳爪,雖然味道比較鹹咗啲,不過冇雪藏味,又唔會蒸過時,值得一試!炸両啊,炸両最緊要油炸鬼仲係保持脆身!佢既油炸鬼係即炸但硬到咬損個嘴,雖然個腸粉皮係做得幾薄又幾滑,不過一夾就散。鹹水角都係即叫即炸,入邊都係用肉碎,蔥,蝦米造成,幾香幾好味!雞

雞扎就係幾足料既,入邊有冬菇,雞肉,棉花(魚肚)但係就唔見咗舊火腿,同埋都係一夾即散。
味道同其他酒樓比較又無話特別驚喜,特色菜又唔係話特別多,不過價錢比較貴,始終係東薈城遊客區,我都係prefer返屋邨茶樓老師父點心多d🤔
