To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境衛生尚待改善

一間食肆的成败最重要在於食物質素、環境衛生和服務態度。這間金記環境衛生真的要改善。餐具在枱櫃內看來十分骯髒，真的不想用也不敢用，亦曾看過有客人為此投訴。坐位也常常很髒很多食物碎，真的不想坐下去。執碗碟的盆和車隨處擺放，令整個餐廳環境看來更骯髒。食物和服務態度亦一般。最近早餐加了價，但紙巾不再奉送。情況再不改善就更比不上一般快餐店！
