To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋晚落去譚仔米線食, 要排隊啊! 雖然最出名係麻辣到阿媽都唔認得的米線, 但係我唔食得太辣, 所以只係叫一碗過橋清湯米線食不過碗米線有齊所有配料, 係一個什錦的米線, 有豬肉, 牛肉, 魚蛋, 火腿, 豬, 韮菜, 大蔥, 真係好精彩, 好豐富! 唔想好似我咁食, 只係想要個別的餸, 都可以叫一碗$19的米線, 然後逐樣$5 or $6 的餸加上去, 不過我覺得我咁叫會抵米線都ok滑, 不過個湯就唔算好夠味, 可能食清湯就係咁, 而譚仔係擅長麻辣湯味啦, 但可能加左豬膶, 反而越食越覺得有豬肉的味道!個炸雞翼就幾特別, 佢係加o左一些蒙古人用來烤羊肉的麻辣粉黎醃, 味道幾刺激, 我好鍾意最唔欣賞係要答枱, 食食吓對面個男仔一個克癡, 驚o左佢... 下次要買外賣食喇
