To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約朋友黎行下啟德新商場，當然係度食埋晚飯，揀左呢間出名既新加坡餐廳，記得尖沙咀嗰間成日好多人好迫咁，呢間感覺更闊落點了他們的二人套餐 $338。海南雞飯：這道海南雞飯絕對是這家餐廳的招牌菜之一。雞肉非常嫩滑，搭配上香氣四溢的飯粒，讓我感受到地道的海南雞飯風味。雞肉的口感細膩。是我推薦的菜品之一。香炒河粉燴牛肉：河粉煮得剛好，保持了彈性，牛肉切片均勻且入味，經過炒煮後更加鮮嫩多汁，份量超級足。鹹蛋雞翼：雞翼炸得金黃酥脆，鹹蛋的味道非常濃郁，融入了雞肉裡，必食！仲可以揀一碟菜兩杯熱飲，右邊係蘋果茶
