蘭桂芳California Tower集結好多正嘅餐廳,上次來食日本嘢時見到23樓的紅樓剛剛開業,正好今晚和C慶祝生日,佢想食中菜,一於就紅樓la餐廳的主調顏色是我最喜愛的紅色,襯着華麗的吊燈,落地大玻璃飽覽中半山的景色,當夜幕低垂,萬家燈火點起之後,璀璨的燈光令人有點迷醉Menu原來晚上都有點心order, 一於叫2款來試下香檳金蝦餃~紅樓Signature, 以紅菜頭汁製成漂亮粉紅色外皮,皮薄而彈牙,另以香檳提昇鮮蝦的爽滑和鮮味,那一沫金色襯粉紅色令蝦餃更顯得矝貴不少珍菌黑松露球~除了放入蘑菇,草菇,還加了伊比利亞黑毛豬肉鬆,煙肉及黑松露醬製成饀料,軟糯的糯米外皮黏上黑芝麻一起炸,外面脆脆的,口感好像鹹水角,非常美味黑豚肉叉燒皇(例牌)$188~用爐熱住上,滚一陣令蜜汁更加入味和濃稠,日本黑豚肉半肥瘦,好腍好軟好滑,蜂蜜味非常濃厚,原來是以秘製醬料及來自澳洲的蜂蜜醃製,真是色,香,味俱存,非常出色,必選項目龍鬚芥蘭(清炒)$98~嫩滑又清甜,清炒反而吃到芥蘭本身的甜品,廚師以手工把芥蘭雕成龍鬚亦非常美觀,正紅樓招牌炒飯$138~炒飯的配料非常豐富,有雞肉,蝦,帶子和蛋,帶子和蝦好爽
