To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間 Can lah 之前都去過佢地 IFC 既分店,今次又再同朋友去埋佢地尖沙咀海港城店~因為呢間鋪大啲同靚啲! 我地下晝 3, 4 點去,因為佢地有個HH 時段,有啤酒white red 同 liquor不過就唔包cocktail ,再叫啲小食舒舒服服坐低傾下計📍娘惹黑炭小金杯 $88睇 ig 佢都係必叫小食,一個個黑炭小杯,再加大蝦,再加埋蛋絲蘿蔔絲,最後沾埋娘惹醬汁一齊黎食,好惹味~ 📍眼淚蝦棗 $68呢個係我幾期待既小食,因為網上話佢係源自主廚張師傅婆婆既獨門秘方製法,蝦棗炸得酥脆,入口蝦肉爽口彈牙📍蝦醬單骨雞翼 $68雞翼炸得剛好唔會太乾,內裡雞肉仲好嫩滑juicy,再加埋蝦醬咸香味,又係一款推薦小食~ 📍沙律百花釀油條 $88用新鮮花枝漿鑲入油條中,油條與鮮美花枝蝦漿完美搭配,外酥內嫩滋味鮮美豐富📍娘惹蕉葉烏打 $88魚漿有香蕉葉烤後既竹香,又有淡淡椰奶香,食既時候再沾啲辣醬後,完全係令人停不了,係有滿滿南洋夏季風情開胃小食~📍Prosecco $72
