To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日終於考完試,所以要食飯慶祝,朋友特別推介甘味,就特登黎左銅鑼灣午市套餐選擇幾多,有烏冬、壽司、刺身飯等等,附送餐飲雞扒番茄烏冬$56甘味既番茄烏冬好出名,算係招牌菜用上讚歧烏冬,有彈性又滑,番茄湯濃雞扒煎得香脆,剪成小塊易入口,肉質軟嫩,又唔會太油膩烏冬配壽司拼盤$68有吞拿魚、三文魚、帶子、蟹棒、加州卷等等,算幾鮮甜,但壽司飯略為鬆散角切魚生飯$68有多款魚生,包括吞拿魚、三文魚、貝類,配上青瓜、玉子同紫菜算係幾豐富,都幾新鮮,配料分量亦頗多,都幾滿意!

用上讚歧烏冬,有彈性又滑,番茄湯濃
雞扒煎得香脆,剪成小塊易入口,肉質軟嫩,又唔會太油膩



烏冬配壽司拼盤$68

有吞拿魚、三文魚、帶子、蟹棒、加州卷等等,算幾鮮甜,但壽司飯略為鬆散



角切魚生飯$68

有多款魚生,包括吞拿魚、三文魚、貝類,配上青瓜、玉子同紫菜
算係幾豐富,都幾新鮮,配料分量亦頗多,都幾滿意!
