To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾經講過不再食甘味,因為對上嘅經歷都不是那麼好,今日因爲其他地方都多人,唯獨佢唔洗等位,所以都冇計。今次分別叫左牛肉鍋燒烏冬同滑蛋猪扒撈烏冬。先講前者,哇個師傅睇黎好忙,忙到連調味嘅時間都冇,先飲啖湯,完全冇味,最後要落豉油至於d牛肉,一黎肥肉略多,二黎好韌,整體一個字,差!烏冬就正常。而至於後者,唉,前後2樣野食相差成15分鐘先上枱,點搞呀!我知撈或多或少都有湯或水,但似乎真係多左d。猪扒同烏冬都尚算可以,不過已經彌補唔到!甘味,唉,真係冇下次了,怕!PS. 有個男員工不停上錯野,記錯枱號。
