7點幾黃金時間竟然即刻有位? 眼見檯檯都有個盅振住, 幾大都留返個冬瓜盅先.一行七人, 點左個6人餐. 有一隻雞, 例湯+98轉冬瓜盅, 又係好大盅, 連埋湯渣都有成廿碗. 梅菜扣肉: 扣肉中佢都算好瘦, 我簡左舊最肥既, D肥膏索晒D汁, 味道一流. 汁帶甜而唔鹹, 就咁食D梅菜都好食, 餸飯就更加唔使講. 竹笙北菰時疏: 竹笙冬菇, 菜芯底. 味道都可以, 但係幾多油. 招牌鹽焗雞: 非常入味, 基本上唔使點沙薑已經好夠味. 果然係招牌, 連雞胸肉都造得好入味好好食. 略嫌熟過龍少少, 隻雞肉質未夠最滑. 中式牛柳: 牛柳硬到咬唔開, 估到呢味甘簡單既菜竟然會出事. 西檸芝麻蝦球: 外皮乾身配西檸汁唔錯, 汁料味道剛好唔酸又唔會搶左D蝦味. 芝麻都係裝飾多, 冇乜作用. 蝦球都好爽口, 有蝦味. 係份量少左D, 唔夠喉. 冬瓜盅: 幾足料, 冬瓜肉新鮮. 湯底清甜冇味精, 但係我嫌淡得濟. 隻雞真係好大隻, 7個人食極都有, 攬位個肚走.
