朗豪坊商場的食肆, 和一般大型商場一樣, 就是連鎖集團和相當大路的菜式風格, 商場頂層集中的食肆都是西餐為主, 但略嫌Differentiation不太突出, 這一家的Smokehouse說是煙燻肉類作為主打, 但其實骨子裏也是一般西餐, 以扒類及漢堡為主, 說是如此午餐的豬扒也有驚喜, 除了是夠厚夠多肉汁外, 敲起來的火候剛剛好, 特別是要全熟的豬扒, 但又不會變得乾韌, 肉香也不錯, 特別是中心部位, 烤紋的深度和焦脆也有, 這樣的處理有驚喜, 也會令我想試試他的煙燻牛扒及其他主食.The dining options at Langham Place Mall are similar to those in other large shopping centers, featuring chain restaurants and mainstream cuisine. Smokehouse, known for its smoked meats, essentially serves typical Western fare, focusing on steaks and burgers. The pork chop for lunch was surprisingly good, being thick and juicy, cooked perfectly without becoming dry or tough. The meat was flavorful, especially in the center, with nice grill marks and crispiness, making me eager to try their smoked beef steak and other main dishes.
