同市面上用忌廉做嘅卡邦尼唔同,鋪頭追求傳統嘅做法,用蛋漿去做。因為係open kitchen嘅關係,見到廚師一邊拋鑊一邊倒入蛋漿,將蛋漿包裹住每一條麵條。店員好貼心咁話要襯熱食,否則凍咗凝固咗就無咁好味。食落口最驚艷嘅唔係濃郁嘅雞蛋同芝士味🧀,而係喺面頭嘅「煙肉」味。食得出唔係普通嘅煙肉,而係口感較硬身嘅意式煙肉pancetta, 比普通煙肉更多一份咸香,令成碟意粉嘅口感同味道昇華到另一個層次。✨

今次喺呢個甜品拼盤就揀咗Red Wine Pear, Tiramisu同埋Cream Brulee. 聽店員講呢度嘅甜品都係自家製,咁我就梗係嗌多幾樣試下啦😝個啤梨我以為熱嘅,點知原來係凍的🤩食嘅時候切開再淋啲熱嘅紅酒落去,都幾特別。Tiramisu口感勁light!!我本身食完個starter同意粉已經好飽,但實在太輕盈而滑身,食下食下就食哂成個😱👍👍大推介!! 另外嘅焦糖燉蛋都好軟滑,表面焦糖厚度啱啱好,一敲即碎而且唔會好巉口。呢度嘅甜品都好好味,唔通係被意粉耽誤嘅甜品店?🤣🤣
