To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

甜品超級難食之選

今晚好想出街食，諗唔到食咩，見茶木都唔係好多人等，我地一行兩人就等一下。坐底見到有DINNER SET咁就加左30蚊連飲品同甜品，凍飲得兩款，但其中一款賣曬，都係焗飲一款，都少少唔高興，不過紅豆薏米水都正路都算，中菜都唔錯，味道好夾我口味。去到甜品，叫左好大路既BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE，望落都正常，食落真係想死，好似食一舊膠咁，真係食唔落，忍唔住同職員講，你係唔係放左好多日，佢話日日清，唔會留過夜。我同佢講話口感勁膠，佢答我呢個蛋糕係咁，一個唔好意思既樣，跟住問我要唔要換另一個，咁我當然換，仲叫佢俾一個正常就可以。另一個咖啡蛋糕，望落都好正常，但再一次呆左，個蛋糕底又硬又乾，放左雪櫃兩日既感覺，真係樓下美心都好食好多，早知唔加30蚊......最後都係投降，唔食甜品走。仲以為茶木出名甜品，堅係好好好好好難食
