To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

甜品，環境一絕的buffet

平日聽人地講Cafe 103通常都係食Afternoon Tea，其實我覺得佢既Lunch Buffet係更值得一試既，由其係甜品控！我覺得以到既甜品係香港咁多間酒店Buffet中係數一數二既。而且以到環境優美，食客都係斯文有禮，坐得舒服食得開心，Lunch buffet 價格$500-600，如果想坐海景位，可以提前一個月致電預約。去到當日天氣好好，從窗望出去天氣唔錯，望住海景食特別心曠神怡以到既沙律冷盤有二十幾款選擇，另外提供西生菜等可以自制沙律。魚生，海鮮刺身選擇唔多，有龍蝦，蟹腳，生蠔，三文魚，帆立貝，八瓜魚，質素都okay熱盤都有十幾二十款，數量唔多，但係味道都幾好，燒西冷，印度咖哩，馬拉嗽沙等都好味終於到我最期待既甜品，其實以到好多款都好好食，特別係朱古力類既甜品，好濃好好吃特別印象深刻既有tiramisu ，軟朱古力蛋糕，榛子朱古力蛋糕，栗子蛋糕，朱古力布甸，紅桑子奶凍... 完全係甜品控既天堂！除左afternoon tea之外，誠邀大家一定要試下佢既buffet
