To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 妹妹的一歲生日,除了中間去Outback吃芝士蛋糕、下午茶吃Haagen Dazs,還到了最愛的playhouse玩樂,然後夜晚到美心皇宮用餐。到訪過這裡很多次了,同樣都是美心系,甜魔媽媽覺得它比V city的八月好吃,而且由於樓底較高,人多也不太覺得嘈吵。這晚我們訂下一張大檯,可惜玉仔姨姨要上堂來不到,但也有七大兩小兩B一起開餐,非常熱鬧。每次吃飯,小兄妹都難免成為焦點!另一邊廂,是溫婉可人的小壽星妹妹;雖然不知怎地,她的頭cool掙脫變了髮型,但也一樣可愛~雖然小兄妹 (特別是妹妹) 才是當晚的主菜,但也寫一寫食物吧!沒有點珍饈百味,一家人吃的都是家常菜,首先是叉燒皇 ($78),帶點肥而肉質鬆化,香甜好吃,很快整碟消失了~客家釀豆腐煲 ($108),那釀豆腐做得不錯,而且配料包括魚雲及蜆隻,加添了不少鮮味。不過為了令豆腐入味,那奶白色的湯非常的咸,無法飲用了~很喜歡吃美心的中山蒸蘿蔔盆糕 ($58),這樣大大盤一家人圍著吃,特別有氣氛又美味。推介!一品發財素菜盤 ($78) 有個好聽的名字,味道就沒有太特別,最好吃其實是中間的粉絲!多些就好了~燒汁咸豬手 ($98) 十分的好吃,

最後是蒜子生炆斑頭腩 ($128) 由於加了火腩在內,斑腩的味道特別香濃惹味,不過中間的冬菇有陣酸宿味,吃了一件後就嚇得不敢再碰!

這些菜式都很好送飯,所以每人又點了一碗白飯,最後再加上美心的魔法黑森林蛋糕,大大滿足!最後送上小壽星與媽媽的合照吧,雖然有點out focus (爸爸的錯!!!),但媽媽繼續鍚鍚可愛的妹妹~ 妳要繼續健康成長!
