之前黎過灣仔呢棟大廈食飯,已經發現呢間餐廳,上網一查原來打邊爐既岩啦,即刻約啲鐘意打邊爐既朋友一齊食上餐前有水果,先清清腸胃,一陣食多啲刺身併盤有油甘魚,吞拿魚,赤貝非常新鮮,厚身,食落去好有質感油甘魚魚油味道甘香,赤貝亦非常爽口四式鍋係餐廳首創,以甜酸苦辣為主題,不同湯底不同味道甜: 以蕃茄同蝦為主,味道似平時食酸甜骨既醬汁味道,其實酸味比較重酸: 以酸菜和豬骨熬成苦: 以苦瓜熬成辣: 以大量辣椒和豬紅煮成,起初小辣,到後其變成大辣,惹味到不得了牛肉拼盤當中有宮崎縣和牛, 本地手切肥牛等牛肉味濃,雪花紋理清晰,鮮嫩美味可惜份量不多,只能淺嘗
