手上有兩張在TST area用的groupon,一張正餐一張甜品,一天內用完讓自己爽一下。先訂座免得有甚麼差池而白來一趟,到步時剛好八點鐘,侍者領著我們兩人到四人卡位坐,可幾乎望到整個餐廳。點了布西曼炭燒雜扒Bushman's Mixed Grill及蟹肉露筍天使麵Alaskan Crab Leg in Angel Hair。雜扒要求了medium rare(除了豬扒一定是全熟的)。後侍者更換餐刀為steak knife,雖不是上好的,但也比用餐刀切扒好吧。餐包就在換刀後端上,有小型cutting board上有sundried tomato loaf及white bread roll。White bread roll是近乎crustless的,很對不太愛crust的我的口味,只是它不夠飽香,唯有多途配飽的sundried tomato paste(原先還以為是tomato pesto)或檯上的橄欖油和balsamic vinegar來提味。Sundried tomato loaf上有乾thyme碎,飽有Sundried tomato的香味也有幾塊Sundried tomato。單吃或

炭燒雜扒終於上場。有牛扒、羊架、袋鼠strip loin還有豬扒。雜扒下有用牛油炒過的蘆筍紅蘿蔔條和烤new potato,香而不膩。醬汁是shallot jus,有帶點酒香的蔥頭香。牛扒和羊架都烤的剛好是medium rare,不過熟,而且兩塊扒咬下去都很juicy。
羊扒雖不夠羶,但算有羊肉味。牛扒沒筋,很香但稍嫌燒的時候面頭被放太多鹽以至過鹹,須用醬汁沖走部分鹹味。豬扒剛好燒到全熟,不韌,而且沒太重豬肉羶,不錯。袋鼠strip loin就未燒夠,太生了。切開時已覺不妥,很多血水。吃起來口感像羊肉,羶味很特別卻有些像鹿肉羶味。雖略嫌不夠熟,幸好只是after taste有少少腥而已。

蟹肉露筍天使麵的蒜蓉、洋蔥粒、辣椒、蟹肉及露筍先用橄欖油炒香,再加天使麵再炒。有著蟹肉鹹香和蒜香,配上辣味,十分開胃惹味(雖全部味道混合起來有些XO醬的錯覺)。唯獨menu上標明會用的白酒就嚐不出。阿拉斯加蟹腳是一般有鹽水味的雪藏貨而非(很難得才會有的)鮮甜的新鮮貨,但幸好沒腥味肉也沒霉掉。

有groupon關係埋單$260,兩個人一共花了約$400。不算平,但有了第一次食袋鼠肉的經驗,就當一起交學費吧。
