To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說上次係呢間餐廳度食過個炒公仔麵，覺得味道唔錯， 於是諗住再幫襯，去到二說不說就點左個1號餐-蔥油雞扒煎蛋飯，點知就令人好失望。個餐黎到用隻煎蛋"琴"住件雞扒，好似有少少作賊心虛咁。一睇，原來係個飯一上就得半塊飯扒(我懷疑半塊都未必有，有煮開飯既我覺得係4分1塊), 仲要係明顯地切開咁，於是我咪同侍應呀姐講，呀姐表示係廚房出既，一副無補於事，唔係我責任既樣子。我亦無追擊佢地要求换餐，費事俾廚房加料啦。總括而言，雖然個餐都只係44蚊平價晚餐，但係一個飯餐得半塊雞扒就真係好肉酸，唔係似住有番咁上下歷史既茶記咁可以咁做生意架嘛， 唔知大家點睇呢？
