To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天係小女子舊曆生日早喺9/8車婆婆車公公巳入東涌跟我慶祝一番還要多謝美味生日蛋糕~晚餐去東昇樓搞掂,沙薑雞腳我的最愛入味得嚟又唔散爛~ 炭燒乳豬今天水準好高皮脆肉嫩好吃~燒豬仔脾醃味時間不夠頗淡口還好的是肉質不鞋這個吃剩幾件~ 羅漢齋味道一流獻汁僅僅包裹素菜好吃非常~ 魚湯魚肚浸勝瓜每次嚟也必定要食魚湯香濃材料十足味道魚肚索滿香甜魚湯滋味無限~ 店子送的豆腐花滑得可以不過要早才有得吃因為很快便送光光了~當晚有雷暴警告食食下就黑晒哈哈都幾羅曼蒂克呢!! 多謝家人的愛護我也必定好好愛護我愛的家人~
