朋友同我慶祝生日, 話上網見到天后有間好食o既火煱店. 初頭諗去到天后咁鬼遠, 點好食先. 坐落即有職員介紹湯底, 我即刻見到個花膠翅群湯底, 成 $128一個, 花膠喎, 保呀 ! 朋友話冇所謂. 正呀. 但有個湯底係海鮮 $298, 有蟹啦, 有蝦啦, 有花甲, 仲有條還會彈吓彈吓o既魚, 新鮮非常. 職員話呢個湯底可補差價配花膠翅群湯底. 嘩, 正呀 !!講到調味料方面, 佢地有個自己製o既xo醬, 非常好味, 我地總共三個人都用哂成樽xo醬. 食料方面,點了個櫻花牛肉刺身, 嘩, 好新鮮, 不過好薄片, 入口即溶, 都冇放入火煱. 因為太鮮啦 ! 另外, o的四寶丸都好特別, 佢每一粒都有唔同函, 例如有鹹蛋啦, 芝士啦, 蕃茄啦, 好過癮. 不過, 最後最奇妙o既係送你咖啡一杯, 仲可以添飲, 突然好西餐feel. 當日我朋友好驚喜地送了一個雪糕蛋糕給我, 老闆仲幫我影o左張即影即有. 啊......全部職員都好有Heart, 好難得o架.
