aug 05, 11........3人來dinner..........主角揀來這裡...........叫咗 :1) set dinner (hk$398)i) champagne-可以揀白酒/紅酒-無問到友人質素如何 ii) blue mussel in white wine cream sauce-雖然細隻,但都漲卜卜,鮮味道都ok-個cream sauce幾"杰"身吓,味道都有鮮味,豐富,鹹度適中iii) mushroom soup-伴以1小匙羮嘅黑松露碎,飲之前放入湯內攪均佢-最後主要飲到菇味,唔喺松露味iv) pan fried seabass fillet with fresh tomato salsa-呢個seabass並唔喺上次在另1間食肆食到咁多魚油type,肉質比較結實,juicy度都ok-調味都恰到好處v) creme brulee-佢個burnt sugar做得很不錯,因為用"羮"敲落去時,唔厚身,但就可以好明顯硬脆-底下嘅燉蛋都滑,只喺蛋香味稍遜啫2) french onion soup (hk$60)-個gruyere芝士份量都多,但唔算過份,軟得嚟,

-很厚切的豬扒,中間略帶粉紅色,本身調味不多,所以食到有豬肉嘅原味。以咁厚身嘅豬扒嚟講,佢算10唔錯,因唔乾,無"鞋",唔實,亦食得到佢嘅原味
-調味主要嚟自分開上嘅sauce
-個紅菜頭粒清甜,不過個釀咗蘋果嘅青瓜卷就清淡咗d

-這個朱古力布甸賣相很對辦,中間嘅流心程度都ok
-不過好似用上了鹹味牛油咁,帶有鹹味,即刻扣晒分

* 侍應的服務是無問題的........斟水都好密........不過餐廳嘅food hygiene意識就麻麻........每道菜上時都無附上多1套刀叉..........每次都要我哋額外要求
